Zendesk Connector
Connect to Zendesk to import tickets, users, and organizations.
Connect your Zendesk account to import support tickets and user data into your AI pipelines.
Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select Zendesk
Search for Zendesk in the list and click Connect.
3. Get Your API Token
- In Zendesk, go to Admin Center → Apps and integrations → Zendesk APIs → Zendesk API
- Enable Token Access and click Add API token
- Give it a description and copy the token — it is shown only once
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "Zendesk Support")
- Subdomain: Your Zendesk subdomain (e.g.,
yourcompany.zendesk.com) - Email: Your Zendesk account email
- API Token: The token you just created
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
