Outlook Mail Connector
Connect to Outlook Mail to import messages and folder metadata.
Connect your Outlook Mail account to import emails and folder data into your AI pipelines.
Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select Outlook Mail
Search for Outlook Mail in the list and click Connect.
3. Authenticate
Click Connect with Microsoft and sign in with your Microsoft or Office 365 account. Grant mail read access when prompted.
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "Outlook Inbox")
- Folder (optional): Specific mail folder to import from (e.g.,
Inbox,Sent Items) - Max Emails (optional): Limit the number of emails imported per sync
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
