PagerDuty Connector
Import incidents, services, teams, users, and escalation policies from PagerDuty.
Connect your PagerDuty account to import incidents, services, and team data into your AI pipelines.
Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select PagerDuty
Search for PagerDuty in the list and click Connect.
3. Get Your API Token
- In PagerDuty, go to Integrations → API Access Keys
- Click Create New API Key
- Give it a description, select Read-only access
- Copy the generated key
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "PagerDuty On-Call")
- API Token: Your PagerDuty REST API key
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
