Freshdesk Connector
Connect to Freshdesk to import tickets, contacts, and agents.
Connect your Freshdesk account to import support tickets and contact data into your AI pipelines.
Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select Freshdesk
Search for Freshdesk in the list and click Connect.
3. Get Your API Key
- In Freshdesk, click your profile icon (top right) → Profile Settings
- Your API key is shown on the right side of the page
- Copy it
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "Freshdesk Support")
- Subdomain: Your Freshdesk domain (e.g.,
yourcompany.freshdesk.com) - API Key: The key from your Profile Settings
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
