We need a Sales Operations Analyst to ensure our sales team operates efficiently. If you're a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who loves optimizing sales processes and driving performance through data-driven insights, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy
  • Generate reports and dashboards for sales leadership and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and strategies

Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Two or more years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or sales strategy
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

1. Technical Challenge (Online): Technical/Expert interview where we’ll assess your problem-solving skills and expertise.

2. Final On-Site Interview: Coding or practical challenge with a real task from the dedicated department and field with a chance to meet the team and experience our culture firsthand. You will see what you will be working on and with whom.
