Unsere Plattform nutzt eine skalierbare Cloud-basierte Microservices-Architektur, Kafka-Streaming für eine leistungsstarke Datenverarbeitung und modernste erklärbare KI (XAI). Wir arbeiten mit Deep Learning, Modellinterpretierbarkeit und Automatisierung und verwenden Technologien wie PyTorch, TensorFlow, SHAP, LIME, GradCam, Django, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ und AWS (Fargate, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront).

Deine Aufgaben

• Entwerfen und entwickeln KI/ML-Modelle für Forschungsautomatisierung und Erklärbarkeit
• Implementieren XAI-Techniken (z. B. SHAP, LIME, GradCam und proprietäre Methoden) für Modelltransparenz
• Optimieren und skalieren Sie Deep-Learning-Modelle für wissenschaftliche Anwendungen in der realen Welt
• Bauen durchgängige Pipelines für maschinelles Lernen (Schulung, Inferenz, Einsatz)
• Arbeiten Sie mit Softwareingenieuren zusammen, um KI-Modelle in unsere zu integrieren Cloud-basiertes System
• Arbeite mit umfangreiche Datensätze, gewährleistet eine effiziente Verarbeitung und Leistung

Dein Profil

• Erfahrung mit Frameworks für tiefes Lernen (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Umarmendes Gesicht)
• Starke Python-Kenntnisse mit Erfahrung in ML-Engineering und Modellbereitstellung
• Kenntnis von Cloud-Dienste (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Vertrautheit mit MLOPs, Datenpipelines und skalierbare KI-Architekturen
• Leidenschaft für erklärbare KI (XAI), Modelltransparenz und verantwortungsvolle KI
• Bonus: Erfahrung mit wissenschaftliche Datenverarbeitung, Bioinformatik oder Automatisierung

Hiring Timeline:

1. Technical Challenge (Online): Technical/Expert interview where we’ll assess your problem-solving skills and expertise.

2. Final On-Site Interview: Coding or practical challenge with a real task from the dedicated department and field with a chance to meet the team and experience our culture firsthand. You will see what you will be working on and with whom.
