Heilbronn, Germany

We're AICU, a young, disruptive startup passionate about harnessing the power of data & automation to revolutionize research. With our intuitive platform, we’ve set out to make R&D not only more efficient but also more creative, impactful, and exciting.

We're not just writing algorithms; we're shaping the future of Life Sciences through innovative, explainable AI solutions. Explainability opens AI to R&D. Our work empowers researchers in Biotech, MedTech, Pharma, and CROs to accelerate discovery, automate complex workflows, and unlock groundbreaking insights.

We are building powerful multimodal foundation models - combining different data types, modalities and formats from different sources in one common analysis. Why? Because looking at all available data is what drives great insights, and these deliver innovation. We're looking for bold minds ready to join our adventure and support researchers in theirs.

Over the past six months, we've been growing fast—expanding our customer base and scaling our team with incredible talent. And now, we're looking for more dedicated adventurers ready to tackle meaningful challenges and create AI, processes, and partnerships that truly matter.
