We are building a highly scalable cloud-based microservices architecture, leveraging Kafka streaming for efficient data processing in AI models. Our tech stack includes Python (Backend/AI), Angular (Frontend), PyTorch, Django, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, AWS (Fargate, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront), and modern CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Celery.

To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f/d)!

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and optimize scalable backend and frontend solutions
  • Integrate and maintain our microservices architecture with Kafka streaming
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth feature deployment
  • Collaborate with our AI team to integrate explainable AI models (XAI)
  • Scale and optimize performance of our AWS infrastructure
  • Optimize code for performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to implement user-centric solutions
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software development with Python (Django/FastAPI) or Angular
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and distributed systems
  • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus
  • Passion for automated, AI-powered workflows and cutting-edge technologies
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git

1. Technical Challenge (Online): Technical/Expert interview where we’ll assess your problem-solving skills and expertise.

2. Final On-Site Interview: Coding or practical challenge with a real task from the dedicated department and field with a chance to meet the team and experience our culture firsthand. You will see what you will be working on and with whom.

Within 1-2 weeks after your first interview, you will receive our final decision.
